01 · General Policy
Tradephex offers a clear refund policy designed to be fair to both customers and the platform. Read this policy carefully before purchasing.
02 · Eval Fees
Eval fees are non-refundable once the evaluation has begun. An evaluation is considered "begun" when the first trade is placed, OR seventy-two (72) hours after purchase, whichever comes first.
If you purchased an eval and have not yet placed any trades AND it has been less than seventy-two hours since purchase, contact support@tradephex.com to request a refund. Refunds in this window are processed within seven business days.
03 · Subscription Fees
Charting and Journal subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — there are no prorated refunds for partial months.
To cancel a subscription, sign in and use the cancellation tool in your account settings. Email-based cancellation requests will be processed within twenty-four hours.
04 · Disputed Charges
If you believe you have been charged in error, contact support@tradephex.com with your transaction reference. We respond within twenty-four hours and process valid disputes within seven business days.
Filing chargebacks without first contacting support may result in account termination and forfeiture of any active evaluations.
05 · Termination by Tradephex
If we terminate your account for cause (rule violation, fraud, abuse), no refund is offered. The eval fee, any pending payouts, and account credits are forfeited.
If we terminate your account without cause (e.g., due to a discontinued service), you will receive a prorated refund of any pre-paid subscription fees.
06 · Currency & Processing
All refunds are issued in US Dollars to the original payment method. Bank processing times outside our control may add up to ten additional business days for funds to appear on your statement.
